About Coach Jay
Jay is a seasoned options trading expert
with
over 20 years
of experience.
Jay holds a degree in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He
also holds two
master’s degrees from Arizona State University, an MBA and a Master of Science in
Information Management.
His trading journey began over two decades ago in the Wheat Futures pit at the Kansas City Board of Trade.
He then became a professional options market maker on the floor of the Chicago Board Options
Exchange
(CBOE). While at the CBOE Jay helped make markets in a number of leading technology companies
including
Amazon!
Jay also served as a senior analyst at a hedge fund, where he collaborated with multiple options trading
teams using advanced, cutting-edge strategies.
Today, Jay is based in Arizona and focuses on options trading education. Jay joined NetPicks to focus on
advanced options trading strategies for retail traders. His specialty is creating steady streams of cash
flow by the strategic use of options.
With a passion for making professional-level trading strategies accessible to everyday investors, Jay
specializes in teaching how to harness volatility and trade options like a pro.
