If the Company received or will receive, directly or indirectly, consideration (i.e., cash compensation, as the Company does not accept securities or other assets as consideration) from a third party in connection with any publication, the Company will fully and clearly disclose the receipt of such consideration and the amount thereof. Accordingly, the Company received consideration from the following entities for Marketing/Promotional Efforts. The Company expects the persons listed below to continue to engage us for future Marketing/Promotional Efforts.
