The NetPicks 30th Anniversary Giveaway is sponsored by Spirit Funds, LLC DBA NetPicks, 16211 N Scottsdale Rd, Suite #A6A-295, Scottsdale, AZ 85254.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, officers and owners of Spirit Funds, LLC DBA NetPicks, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible to win.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion began when registration for the NetPicks 30th Anniversary Event was first made publicly available and concludes after the final prize drawing, which will take place 24 hours after the event ends on November 13, 2026.
4. How to Enter
Eligible individuals may enter by registering for the NetPicks 30th Anniversary Event at:

Registration is free. No purchase of any NetPicks product or service is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase will not improve an entrant’s chances of winning.
Unless otherwise stated, limit one entry per person for each applicable drawing.
5. Live Attendance and Winner Notification
Live attendance is not required to be eligible to win.
Potential winners will be announced during the live event or notified by email, text message or phone call after the event.
6. Anniversary Passport / Session Participation
The event is expected to include six live sessions.
Certain prizes, including the Grand Prize, may require completion of announced participation requirements during the event.
NetPicks may use session codes, QR codes, digital check-ins, a digital passport, bingo-style participation card or similar method to verify participation.
If a prize requires participation in all six sessions, the entrant must successfully complete the announced requirements for all six sessions and submit the required verification in the manner announced during the event.
No purchase is required to complete any participation requirement.
7. Winner Selection
Potential winners will be selected at random from eligible entrants for the applicable drawing.
NetPicks may use a computerized random-number generator, digital prize wheel, random drawing system or similar method.
Eligible entrants may be assigned sequential numbers, with the winning number selected randomly.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entrants participating in the applicable drawing.
8. Prizes
- One MacBook Air — Approximate Retail Value: $1,300
- Two Bose premium headphones — Approximate Retail Value: $450 each / $900 total
- Ten $100 gift cards — Total Value: $1,000
Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $3,200.
Prizes will be awarded either during the live event or within 24 hours after the event.
Exact MacBook Air and Bose models, colors, configurations and availability may vary. NetPicks may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Prizes are non-transferable except at Sponsor’s discretion. No cash substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.
9. Winner Verification
Potential winners are subject to verification.
NetPicks may request information reasonably necessary to confirm identity, age, U.S. residency, eligibility, contact information and prize-delivery information.
Failure to provide requested information, violation of these rules, inability to verify eligibility or failure to respond within an announced claim period may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
10. Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state or local taxes associated with accepting a prize.
The fair market value of a prize may constitute taxable income to the winner. NetPicks may issue tax-reporting documentation when required by applicable law.
11. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for NetPicks to use the winner’s first name, last name, image or likeness to announce winners and for other marketing efforts without additional compensation.
12. General Conditions
NetPicks reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to manipulate, falsify, automate, interfere with or otherwise compromise the registration, attendance, participation, digital passport, drawing or winner-selection process.
NetPicks may modify, suspend or terminate a drawing if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention or circumstances beyond its reasonable control materially affect the integrity or administration of the promotion.
If a drawing cannot be conducted as planned, NetPicks may select a winner from eligible entries received before the disruption or use another reasonable and fair method of selection.
13. Technical Issues
NetPicks is not responsible for lost or incomplete entries, internet interruptions, Zoom or event-platform failures, device failures, interrupted connections, inaccurate registration information, transmission errors or other technical circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
14. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Spirit Funds, LLC DBA NetPicks and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, representatives and agents from claims arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance, possession or use of a prize, except where prohibited by law.
