We purposely avoid overtrading these markets by using swing trades. Since day trading the Forex usually ends up with too many spread costs and execution issues and gets caught in the considerable intraday choppiness, we have focused instead on the slightly longer time frames. Our Active Swing Trades tend to last about two days on average, and our Longer-Term Swing Trades can go for a week or longer capturing the biggest moves you see on your daily Forex charts. That is where the opportunity is within the Forex markets - not trying to capture a small handful of pips intraday.

We only focus on the major currency pairs with the narrowest spreads and the highest degree of liquidity. Your best profit potential is on these pairs based upon our real-time trading and experience over the last few years.
